Uploading a statement
Start an analysis from one PDF or several combined, choose the loan product, and add the data the statement can't provide.
Uploading a statement
Choose the file(s)
Upload a single bank-statement PDF, or combine 2–6 statements for one account. Combined files must be the same bank + account and form one continuous ledger (each statement's closing balance is the next one's opening balance) — any mismatch is rejected.
Pick the loan product
If your team has more than one active product, a Loan product selector appears. The analysis is then scored under that product's rules (an EMI product produces a monthly-EMI offer, an EDI product a daily-collection offer). Leave it on Default policy to use the team's default.
Add loan details (optional)
Some rules need data a statement can't provide — the requested amount, collateral value, GST turnover, down-payment. Enter what applies; a gold or LAP product uses the amount ÷ collateral to compute LTV. Leave the rest blank.
Credit score check (optional)
To pull the credit bureau alongside the statement, enter the applicant's name and phone exactly as on the PAN and confirm consent. This is a paid, billable enquiry — it runs only when your account is entitled and the bureau is enabled in your policy.
Retry reuses your choices
Re-running an analysis keeps the product and loan details you chose, and reuses a recent bureau report (no new enquiry) within the re-pull window.
Limits
- File type: bank-statement PDFs only; scanned/photo PDFs are rejected.
- Combine: 2–6 files, same account, continuous ledger.
- A per-user rate limit protects against accidental mass uploads.
