The report
What each tab of an analysis shows — decision, credit, cash flow, scenarios, risk, signals and transactions.
The report
Every signal LoanPilot detects is shown somewhere in the report — the credit policy decides the score, never what is displayed.
Report header
The name, bank, account, period and a few badges: the decision, the score, document-risk, an ownership verdict (does the statement belong to the applicant), and the policy the analysis was scored under.
Decision
The hero verdict and the AI explanation, labelled "AI review + your credit rules". Also here:
- Loan details — the application inputs you entered and the derived LTV.
- Reconciled obligations — the merged bureau ⇄ statement EMIs that drive FOIR, with any hidden loans (repaid in the statement, missing from the bureau) flagged.
- Rules that fired — the engine's reason codes and any knockout, under the product's name — the decision's audit trail.
- The scorecard, the specialists, affordability and the offer.
Your rules changed this
When the rules engine overrides what the AI recommended, the hero says so explicitly — e.g. a bureau write-off sending an approval to manual review.
Credit
The full credit-bureau report: score, a plain five-check verdict, running vs closed loans, enquiries, and every account. Name-match is three-state — matched, did-not-match, or not-reported (an absent result is never shown as a mismatch).
Cash flow
Monthly inflow/outflow, end-of-day balances, bounces, category breakdown and the average balance.
Scenarios
Spending patterns detected in the statement (gambling, digital-lending apps, gold, crypto, medical, and more), each with its share of outflow.
Risk
Document-integrity and fraud checks, plus the AI risk review — an advisory second opinion (concern level + findings) that flags anything the fixed rules miss. It never changes the score.
Signals & Transactions
Per-lender exposure and the detected obligations; the full, searchable transaction ledger with categories you can correct.
